We want our text messages to be useful and respectful of your privacy. This notice explains how we handle information for our SMS and MMS messaging program.

For text messaging, we use your mobile number, your name if provided, the messages we exchange, delivery information, and records of your messaging choices and consent.

 

We use this information to send the message types you choose, personalize relevant updates, answer questions, deliver messages, and honor opt-out requests. Messages may include pool-service instructions, seasonal weather and pollen reminders, custom service updates, and feedback or review invitations where you have chosen to receive them.

How information is handled

 

Our messaging providers process the information needed to deliver and support our text messages. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your messaging consent. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

 

If you choose a shared household conversation, your mobile number and messages will be visible to the other participants. Each participant must agree to join. You may choose individual messages instead.

Message frequency varies with your service needs, seasonal conditions, and the message types you choose. Message and data rates may apply.
